All scientists who work on empirical and profound reasoning believe that Ether exists, and that quantum physics is inconsistent with reality. Nikola Tesla, Charles Proteus Steinmetz, Walter Russell, etc. They are all real contributors to humanity's alternating current generator system, and many other really useful scientific works. But they oppose the theory of quantum mechanics and insist that ether exists. In contrast, Einstein did not work on experiments, with butt theory, only giving theories that had been plagiarized from Poincaré's mathematics. The Ether Field Theory persists in Science, although it has been used by Einstein and mainstream $cience to remove Ether from textbooks.

Ether has been defined ignorantly. They relied on their perception of the Luminiferous Aether to set up an experiment to find it. The Luminiferous Aether is really just a special case of the general Ether.

So the Michelson–Morley Experiment was wrong from the start by argument. Finding Ether based on false reasoning is pointless.

From the very beginning, Ether was misdefined. So the Michelson–Morley experiment is looking for something imaginary.

Why did they have to rely on the Luminiferous Aether to set up the experiment? Nikola Tesla or any of the other Ether scientists, they do not equate Ether = Luminiferous Aether.

It is a subjective, will-only experiment. So it's also the famous failed experiment.
